Thank you to the University of Houston and Subsea Engineering for an awesome field trip Friday! Students took a walking tour from the University of Houston University Center where they couldn't believe that there was a bowling alley, Barnes & Noble Bookstore, and a theatre. While strolling through the campus during the walking tour, we saw the M. D. Anderson Library. In addition, we stopped by the track, baseball, and football stadiums just to name a few sites. The students were able to run on the field! Our lunch and the catapult competition were located in the Cullen College of Engineering. It was an eventful day filled with a lot of fun. The students enjoyed experiencing a small part of college life. We are anxiously awaiting the results of the competition, however, we were all winners just getting to have such a wonderful learning experience! Again, a great big thank you to the University of Houston and Subsea Engineering for their generosity!
